About Keystone Systems

I am Mostafa, founder of Keystone Systems, a software studio based in the Netherlands. I have 9+ years of software development experience and work with founders and businesses on websites, mobile apps and business software.

I take responsibility for turning the agreed requirements into a delivered product, including planning, design, development, testing and handover. When a project needs additional specialists, I coordinate their work and remain your point of contact.

You can discuss your project with me in Dutch or English. We agree the scope and responsibilities clearly, review progress during delivery and plan the support you will need afterwards.

How your project runs

Before work starts, you receive a proposal with the deliverables, exclusions, price, payment stages and responsibilities. We agree the review points and what successful delivery means.

You review the planned structure and design before the main build, then see working versions as the project progresses. I explain decisions, changes and any limitations that affect delivery.

Quality, ownership and support

Your project scope covers the relevant testing, accessibility and privacy requirements. Where legal advice or specialist assessment is needed, we agree who provides it.

We agree ownership, third-party components and account responsibilities before work begins. Handover includes the agreed source, assets, access and instructions. Defect correction and continued support have defined terms.
