Clear scope and published prices. Every engagement starts with a fixed-price audit. Larger work is phased, and you approve each phase before it starts. No surprises, no lock-in.

The Fixed-Price Audit. €1,500 to €4,000

One product, three variants, 5 to 10 days. Each ends with a scored written report, a prioritized fix plan with effort estimates, and two follow-up calls.

  • AI-Codebase Audit. €2,900. Built with AI tools like Lovable, Replit, or Cursor: what the AI actually built, correctness on the paths that matter, and a clear verdict: harden, restructure, or rebuild, with numbers

  • Mobile App Audit. €2,900. Live iOS or Android apps: architecture, code quality, performance, stability, delivery pipeline. App Store rejection recovery, paywall review, and an EN 301 549 accessibility module on request

  • Emergency Project Analysis. €1,500, 5 days. The developer vanished or the project stalled: what exists, what is salvageable, what finishing really costs, and a takeover plan any team can execute

  • One app per audit, backend checked where it explains the app. Bigger scope (a full backend audit, a second app, a very large codebase) is quoted up front, never above €4,000. The price is agreed before we start and does not change with what I find

Remediation & Takeover. €15,000 to €45,000

When the app needs to be fixed, not just diagnosed. Always scoped from an audit, never quoted blind. The work runs in phases of 2 to 4 weeks, each with its own deliverable and price. Typical whole engagements run 4 to 8 weeks.

  • Crash reduction, performance work, architecture cleanup, tests and CI/CD, release support

  • Hardening and completing AI-built codebases so they hold up in production

  • I lead every project. Vetted engineers join under my direction when the scope needs them

Stabilization Retainer. €2,500 to €6,000 per month

After a rescue, or instead of a full-time hire. A senior engineer who already knows your codebase keeps it releasable.

  • Monitoring, dependency and OS updates, crash triage, and small features

  • Cancel monthly. No lock-in
